Shipton Quilters 15th Exhibition is at the Tithe Barn, Brockworth Court, GL3 4QU.
Parking available. Entry £4. Raffle of group quilt – tickets available at the exhibition. Trader, sales table, demonstrations, tombola and much more.

Severnside Stitchers’ Exhibition
Severnside Stitchers’ love to work with textiles in any way – quilting, patchwork, knitting, embroidery etc. This exhibition showcases their work.
Venue: Westbury-on-Severn Parish Hall, Rodley Road, Westbury-on-Severn GL14 1PF. Entry £3. Parking available. Venue is accessible.

Foundation Piecing
Storm at Sea
Learn foundation paper piecing without stitching through the paper. No little bits to pick out when you’ve finished stitching. You can make one block to learn the technique or make more and you’ve got a quilt. What colours will you choose?

Scandi Star
My Scandi Star pattern is based on Scandinavian knitting patterns. You can make just one block or repeat it to make a whole quilt. This workshop will focus on accurate cutting and piecing techniques using your sewing machine.

Fun with Curves
Explore the best bits of your fabric and use applecore paper pieces to turn it into a new design. You’ll focus on how to fussy cut your fabric and how to hand piece curved paper pieces. a fun half day or evening workshop with no sewing machines involved.
